Adelante ("we", "us", or "our") provides software and related services that help small businesses manage their online presence, marketing, and customer relationships from one dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information, including data obtained from Google APIs when users connect Google accounts to our services.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information (such as name and email), service usage data, support communications, and integration metadata needed to provide core product functionality. When users connect third-party providers, we process only the information required to enable the requested integration features.
Google API Data Use (Gmail)
If you connect a Google account, Adelante may request thehttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope to send emails on your behalf based on actions you configure or initiate in the product. This scope allows sending only and does not grant inbox read access. We use Google user data solely to provide and support this sending functionality, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain service security.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the service, process user requests, authenticate accounts, send and route communications, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and Subprocessors
We may share information with trusted service providers (for example, hosting, monitoring, customer support, and infrastructure vendors) who process data under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.
Retention, Deletion, and Revocation
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your data and you may revoke Google access at any time from your Google account permissions or by disconnecting the integration in Adelante. Revocation may disable related sending features.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we continually work to reduce risk and protect user data.

Google API Services User Data Policy
Adelante's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
